Open formats

Similar to what occurs in the creation process, the format for presenting content likewise follows this "open" philosophy. In b()()ka, readers can expand or re-do books, thus generating books that grow and evolve over time. These open books can crystallise at any time into one or more “closed” editions.

Currently, we work with three types of open formats:

common-b()()k: a book initiated directly in the platform, collectively elaborated and edited,which will crystallise at a certain point in time into a digital or printed edition.

re-book: a collective reconstructions of books previously published by VIB[]K whose contents are discussed and amplified, thus giving rise to a new book that will be published in a digital or printed format.

crossed-b()()k: a book originating from the personal and transversal readings of readers or their particular interests. Selecting among the many open books contained in b()()ka, readers choose their edition These formats accept written, graphic and audiovisual media. 

Formatos abiertos

Al igual que sucede con el proceso de creación, el formato de presentación de contenidos también sigue esta filosofía de "apertura". En b()()ka los lectores pueden ampliar y rehacer los libros, generando libros abiertos que crecen y evolucionan con el tiempo, y que pueden cristalizar en ediciones "cerradas" en un determinado momento.

Actualmente trabajamos en dos tipos de formatos abiertos:

common-b()()ks: libros iniciados directamente en la plataforma, elaborados y editados colectivamente.

re-b()()ks: Reconstrucciones colectivas de libros previamente publicados por VIB[ ]K, cuyos contenidos son debatidos y ampliados, originando un libro nuevo, que podrá publicarse en edición digital o impresa.

crossed-b()()ks: Libros cruzados, originados a partir de lecturas personales y transversales de los lectores o sus intereses particulares.

Los materiales aportados a b()()ka pueden tener soporte escrito, gráfico o audiovisual.
